Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)

Shipping Rates

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within the UAE. COD orders must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@edune.store with your order number and photos (if applicable).
